Very slow dispatch time!!

Pit of a problem with order screw missing and no rings sent email got a reply back and they are sorting this out and posting them out with the 2 orders I got very satisfied thank you.

Delayed response from placing the order to being able to pay for the item, but once I got a reply, the item was delivered quickly.

Delivered product ok but took a few days longer than anticipated.

Shipping timeliness excellent.
Only delay was due to IR pill manufacture which I was warned about when ordering. Product is well built and looks very robust despite is light weight.

The support from Clive was incredible. Provided him with information on our scopes and what sort of shooting we were doing and he explained the pros and cons of the different options, which meant I avoided buying a scope that wouldn’t have met my needs.

Had to wait a while but as said the best things are worth waiting for.

Excellent IR, very happy, using with the hikmicro cheetah. You can rotate the on off button to increase or decrease the brightness for me this is much better than the 3 step button.
