Delivery took week and weeks more than expected but bed eventually arrived and my son loves it.

Hello Zoe. Thanks for your review. We're sorry that you were disappointed with the lead time which resulted in your associated low score for shipping. We would comment, that you placed your order online on 11July, it left us on 24July and was delivered on 30July so 19 days from order to delivery. This was during very difficult times for us, and many other companies, coping with the Covid-19 situation - we had periods of furlough and had to re-think the way that we worked in our workshops/warehouse to keep all of our staff safe. On our order confirmation e-mails sent to all customers when we receive an order we do comment that 'despatch/delivery processes are taking a little longer than was previously the case (due to social distancing work practices)...we thank you for your patience and understanding'. We hope that this explains the slightly longer lead time that you experienced and we are so glad to learn that your son loves your Traditional Futon.
