We specialise exclusively in the production and supply of drawer boxes for the kitchen, bedroom, office or workshop.
We supply both replacement drawers and internal drawers to go inside a cabinet behind the door. All of our drawer components have a Lifetime Warranty from Blum UK, a world leader in kitchen components.

This was my recent second order. The delivery was poor. We were given a date and time slot so stayed at home to receive it. We then got notification of a much later slot. We stayed in and missed the fireworks display but the delivery did not arrive that day. We had notification for delivery the next day which was fulfilled. The driver rang the bel, but did not even wait for a reply, put the parcel against the door so that when I opened it the parcel fell in and onto my feet. It was heavy.

Thanks for your recent order, and also this second order, we appreciate your business. We are so disappointed to hear that you were let down by our courier. We currently use DPD for most deliveries, as we have found them to be the best overall performer all round. In a small minority of cases, they don't manage the level of service we all expect.

Drawer is fine its the price was disconcerting. Paid 45for a drawer that previously bought in b and q for 12pound but now discontinued.

Building the drawer box was easy but fitting the draw front not so.
The margin of error when positioning the fixing plate is nil.
The photos in the instructions are fuzzy and too small which does not help.

Bought six drawer packs to replace a customers failing soft close runners,Unfortunately three of drawer bottoms were damaged in transit, had to recut the existing bottoms and reuse (luckily they were oversize), maybe would be better with some plastic corner protection, otherwise a quality item.

We ordered the 5 drawer space tower set and all the pictures showing glass sides. But when it arrived we found out that the glass sides are an optional extra.. Not quite sure why this isn't explained when ordering, as we didn't require a lot of the other options like replacement hinges etc.

The item was perfect for what we wanted. Good, strong and sturdy. However, the the courier FEDEX services was completely unreliable. They lost the item, but told me it had been delivered.
Eventually, drawerboxes repeated the order and then used DPD transport to deliver it next day.
Can't fault the company - just the courier.

Thanks for the review. Apologies for the inconvenience. The Fed Ex delivery also appeared eventually. We have found both couriers to be reliable with only the odd hiccup.

Very well made and the instruction videos made the whole fitting process pretty straight forward. There are cheaper options but you pay for what you get! Would highly recommend.

First the positives:
The standard of build of the drawer boxes was excellent.
Everything fitted perfectly.
The final construction is of a very high standard and totally in line with the offering on the web site.
Now the negatives:
The build is not for the faint hearted. It is really quite complex
I had asked for hard copy instructions. These did not arrive in the box. The web site did not permit downloading of useable hard copy.
The web site videos were difficult to sort out - see.

Delivery took 2 1/2 weeks. Was sent the wrong item. Customer service chap wasn't particularly friendly. He said someone will call me back, but no one has run back and it’s been a week. I’ve also sent them an email but no response. Now I have returned the item and asked for a refund. Refund has been received swiftly.

Apologies, glass was one of our only stock items badly affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. If you are buying glass for your own drawers (not supplied by us), it is highly recommended to call and confirm compatibility first.

Had to chase for deli every, order had been overlooked? Boxes damaged on arrival but contents were ok.
Still waiting for unfulfilled part of order to be delivered.

Order came in 3 parcels which was o.k but the carrier split the delivery so I wasn’t sure it would all arrive on time. Very pleased with the product and doing what it was intended for. Just a little suspect about customer service - I got answerphone several times during normal working hours, not what I expected when the website looked very professional. However Drawerboxes did react when contact was made.

Packaging was very badly damaged, but damage to drawer pack could be hidden.
The drawer pack is of reasonable quality.

It does the job (which was for extra storage under a microwave). However, for the money, I was expecting something better made. It comes in kit form but the back of the drawer doesn't fit correctly and the filler to make it the right width is only sufficient to put the runners on so looks rather strange.

Part of assembly instructions missing - both from the video and the enclosed printed version. Obtained by email after phone call.
Although a standard size, the order still took 12 days to arrive. Most disappointed by this but the product is fine.

Thanks for the feedback. Please advise which part of assembly instructions are missing, both the video and the written instructions should cover the full installation. Due to staff annual leave, many orders in July went to our full target dispatch time of 7 working days. There were no orders we are aware of that went over this target.

I am sorry that you did not find the instructions helpful.it sounds like you got a bad copy if the images were grainy.
We usually get compliments on the written instructions and videos for their clarity.
Please note, we delivered your order within our 7 working day target. We were extremely busy over the period, and apologise that we were right at the limit of our delivery target.

Woeful instructions. Company ‘helpfully’ puts videos on YouTube but misses vital steps. For example the video / instructions do not tell you assemble the drawer back using the metal clips. I was ready to throw the lot in the bin before working it out.
Other than the rubbish instructions and videos the drawer is actually good quality.
Infuriating installation though because of the poor guidance.

Excellent replacement drawer box i ordered 4 of these no problem fitting them as a diyer. just make sure you follow the instructions exactly, which were easy to follow.
only downside i experienced was with the delivery. appalling service from dpd maybe drawerboxes should review there couriers.
would recommend drawerboxes.

From placing my order, the delivery was arranged quickly afterwards. Initially I did not receive an estimated date, then received the wrong customer’s order, but followed by a polite and helpful phone call from their customer team. When the order arrived, two items were damaged, but replacements were sent in less than 36 hours of requesting, which was fantastic. Finally the quality of the goods is fantastic, very easy to fit. Would order again.
