I selected the boiler to arrive on Wednesday 2nd October. It’s actually arrived on Monday 30th September. It was only delivered to the road and left between two cars. I had to go knocking on neighbours doors to find a builder to help me carry it up. The driver said it was clear on your website that it was kerbside delivery only but I had not seen that so it should it should it should have been clearer. I got the email saying it would be delivered the day after it had actually arrived.

Item was out of stock when ordered & this issue was dealt with well by customer service desk - I was called & asked whether I wanted to proceed with the order or have a refund.
After that, no tracking info provided despite an email that told me I just needed to click on the link to see the despatch information - when I clicked on the link it routed me back to Plumb2U website!
Couldn't get hold of customer service department to request despatch update and had to leave a voice message.

Ordered 8/6/2024 delivered 18/6.2024no tracking available obliged to chase order twice for info.

The unit was fitted in my property by a Plumber. There was a problem as he could not get it to run due to air in the processor and the instructions did not really cover how to rectify this. The engineer sent by Aqualisa said the instructions have not yet been updated. It took a week delay to get Aqualisa to send one of their engineers out and he showed the Plumber how to fix it. I have had to pay the Plumber extra £80 for the delay in getting it fixed. A bit disappointed. Did not expect this.

Decent service but over a week for delivery of item is some thing not use to is this day and age.

Item is great but the customer support was very slow and poor. Delivery took ten days and the delivery person was very rude and ignorant. My whole experience was rubbish and I won’t shop here again which is a shame because my previous experience has been good.

Ordered a handrail for my disabled wife. Having forgotten to request VAT exemption for her disability I emailed customer service to request a VAT refund.
Prompt reply from Martin explaining that if I could provide proof of disability, he would discuss it with his manager.
Completed Gov.UK VAT exemption for disability claim form by return along with a sample 'in house' version found on another plumbing website.
No response since despite further emails and phone call.

Shipping was very quick , however a similar but incorrect water softener was sent in error
Customer service sorted the problem and sent a replacement (correct unit ) very quickly

Not kept up to date with shipping progress. Not able to track progress. Took longer than expected. Customer services were never available by phone to ask where it was. Ordered 15th and delivered 22nd.

Not happy with the product as it blocked straight away as it had bits of plastic in the unit.

Great price speedy delivery . Only downside was on arrival found the chrome faceplate of the fan slightly dented . We had to accept this as we did not have time to wait for replacement. Just wonder if this was why it was cheaper than others online. Maybe a belated goodwill gesture would be afforded by plumb2u ??? Seeing as we had to use the fan as is .

Took over 2 weeks for delivery.
However this was the delivery company's fault.
Spoke to customer service and was redelivered the next day.

I ordered 2 high limit pipe stats but they sent 2 Low limit pipe stats which I had to return. They waited until they received them before sending replacements, so another weeks delay. When the replacement arrived there was only one, not the two that I'd ordered. After I complained, they sent the second one by next day delivery. We got there in the end after a series of errors and delays. Customer service were polite and helpful, just the stores department that messed up twice.

Box only contained ONE instead of TWO. Returned 1026hrs 1st November. AWAITING FULL CREDIT as at 5th November. I ordered from Amazon and got the correct quantity the next day.

Delivered in original timeframe parcelled in a large plastic wrapper. Disappointed when opened as the box was battered and the end flaps ripped off. As a DIY user only, the benders will only have minimal use and would have preferred to store in the box. Also there was a small black plastic cover which fits over the top of a nut which was smashed in the box, but don’t think it will affect the use of the benders - just annoying. I also assume that there is no instruction manual with the product.

Somehow processed two transactions despite not clicking once, but the duplicate was efficiently refunded and cancelled. Delivery a little slow but main disappointment was that the product arrived in bag with all the parts having fallen out of the completely destroyed box which was pretty much only held together by the tamper seal. Will most likely return.

It arrived sooner than expected so that was a bonus
There was a part missing
The pipe and of course it wasn’t the regular sized pipe so I had to seek out and buy many pipe parts to get it to fit the old waste pipe
However I like a DIY challenge
I was quoted £48 an hour by the local plumbers to fit it!
I am a nurse I work with peoples internal plumbing for far less! . I am in the wrong job!

Took from the 14th to the 24th of April to arrive disappointing considering it stated 4 days for delivery though there were two weekends as I ordered on a Friday.

Product failed after a short period. Impossible to get through to the company on the phone and their on-line contact form was not working. Revived a prompt reply to an email and credit to them they sent a pre-pay return label. Hoping for a quick no hassle refund.
