The ordering process was simple but there was no feedback as to when the tap would be available for picking up from the local supplier. I would have thought this would be an easy thing to do.

Overall fine but my boiler turned up at my door with no warning. Would be good if they can contact prior to advise that it's ready and out for delivery.

Still waiting for my order made on 27/02/2025.
Following this review and email the part was shipped and delivered over the next 2 days, shame it
required this to happen.

Correct pipe delivered but in poor condition with scores and deep scratches such that joints are not watertight in some areas.

Ordering was straight forward, receive confirmation email immediately.
But
I ordered the cylinder on the Monday but didn’t receive it until the following Wednesday.
I had to send an email to find out where and when it was going to be delivered.
I had a customer on my back constantly asking when the job was going to be done.

Salamander tapboost pump stopped after a few operations. Pump had been bought just a week or so. On contacting company was told that I would have to contact Salamander direct. Customer shouldn’t be the one to do the running around. Poor after sales support.

Delivery was next day as advised but the parcel was delivered to the wrong address by the courier. Fortunately the people it was delivered to were kind enough to bring it round to me.

Very poor delivery, had to wait for nearly 2 weeks. I was told twice, that it was out for delivery, clearly not true!

I selected the boiler to arrive on Wednesday 2nd October. It’s actually arrived on Monday 30th September. It was only delivered to the road and left between two cars. I had to go knocking on neighbours doors to find a builder to help me carry it up. The driver said it was clear on your website that it was kerbside delivery only but I had not seen that so it should it should it should have been clearer. I got the email saying it would be delivered the day after it had actually arrived.

Item was out of stock when ordered & this issue was dealt with well by customer service desk - I was called & asked whether I wanted to proceed with the order or have a refund.
After that, no tracking info provided despite an email that told me I just needed to click on the link to see the despatch information - when I clicked on the link it routed me back to Plumb2U website!
Couldn't get hold of customer service department to request despatch update and had to leave a voice message.

The unit was fitted in my property by a Plumber. There was a problem as he could not get it to run due to air in the processor and the instructions did not really cover how to rectify this. The engineer sent by Aqualisa said the instructions have not yet been updated. It took a week delay to get Aqualisa to send one of their engineers out and he showed the Plumber how to fix it. I have had to pay the Plumber extra £80 for the delay in getting it fixed. A bit disappointed. Did not expect this.

Item is great but the customer support was very slow and poor. Delivery took ten days and the delivery person was very rude and ignorant. My whole experience was rubbish and I won’t shop here again which is a shame because my previous experience has been good.

Ordered a handrail for my disabled wife. Having forgotten to request VAT exemption for her disability I emailed customer service to request a VAT refund.
Prompt reply from Martin explaining that if I could provide proof of disability, he would discuss it with his manager.
Completed Gov.UK VAT exemption for disability claim form by return along with a sample 'in house' version found on another plumbing website.
No response since despite further emails and phone call.

Shipping was very quick , however a similar but incorrect water softener was sent in error
Customer service sorted the problem and sent a replacement (correct unit ) very quickly

Not kept up to date with shipping progress. Not able to track progress. Took longer than expected. Customer services were never available by phone to ask where it was. Ordered 15th and delivered 22nd.

Not happy with the product as it blocked straight away as it had bits of plastic in the unit.

Great price speedy delivery . Only downside was on arrival found the chrome faceplate of the fan slightly dented . We had to accept this as we did not have time to wait for replacement. Just wonder if this was why it was cheaper than others online. Maybe a belated goodwill gesture would be afforded by plumb2u ??? Seeing as we had to use the fan as is .

Took over 2 weeks for delivery.
However this was the delivery company's fault.
Spoke to customer service and was redelivered the next day.
