Had all the parts necessary necessary to install, but no instructions- these seem only to be available on-line. Works very well and looks way more modern than that which it replaced.

Initially the wrong shower was sent, but this was dealt with promptly and effeiciently, the replacement shower was fine, very good service.

No communication from delivery company as to when it would arrive in the day.

Great quality tool, customer service very responsive. Will use in the future!

Item was found to be out of stock following order causing a delay, but was restocked quickly and dispatched promptly. Customer communication was good throughout. Very competitive prices. Will use PLUMB2U again.

Would have been helpful to know if the product was already in stock and if not how long it would take to get the part.
Apart from above, everything was good. Good price, shipped within 2 days then prompt delivery.

Very pleased with speedy delivery. Product arrived safely & at a good price. Had never heard of Plumb2U before but will recommend you. Emails arrived to state order received & delivery was forthcoming, however, it wasn't very clear WHEN it would arrive. Happily the delivery was very fast.

The first item was damaged/incomplete but customer service was first class. Martin arranged a replacement and got it swapped as soon as he was able to get a replacement. The service was all one could ask for. as a result happy to use again and to recommend to others.

Shipping was fast and delivery guy was helpful. Merchandise was wrapped all wet. Not sure if it's good or no. But still need to clean everything.

I bought this pump because the Stuart Turner pump that I bought over twenty years ago was failing occasionally. Great quality pump and a straight swap, or so I thought !! How very dissapointed I am with the replacement. Its smaller, lighter and no where near the same quality . Probably made in China !! There is no way this one will last twenty years . How sad !!

The first mixer tap we were sent was the wrong one, however we were emailed a label the to send it back (postage paid) and quickly received a replacement correct one. Thanks a lot!

Order process was easy, price was really good. Unfortunately 1 of the 3 fans sent was the wrong type.
I sent an email to explain. I received a reply back within an hour with the returns process. This was really easy and the correct fan was received a few days later.

Whilst things did go wrong customer service was really good in putting things right.

Didn't know about this company. Happened to order an item which was available for a reasonable price. It was shipped slightly later than anticipated (need more staff for order fulfilment, maybe?). But the process was transparent and I was kept updated with the status of the order throughout.
Will be shopping with them again.

Ordered Calmag 41 bulb & Quartz Sleeve on line from their web site, which was easy to locate and navigate, having been referred to it by a local electrical supplies outle which couldn't supply. Product arrived within a few days exceedingly well packaged and the failed bulb (this system has an audible failure alarm to warn you) was replaced in our system quickly. Due to a personal history which includes Cancer/Chemotherapy and hence a low immunity, this was most appreciated ! Will use again.
