Over some years I've bought gear from you and always been pleased with it, posted out to me and also from the shop when going north. I've only opened the sleeping bag to see if was ok and to try it out in the house, so not used it yet.

I have used Kahtoola micro spikes in the past and have found that they worked well. I cant comment on customer service as I have not needed to use it.

Order not sent but quickly remedied once customer service contacted. Good product.

Communication and delivery were excellent.
Unfortunately the crampons were a poor fit for my extra wide shoes. Return was handled very efficiently and refund received within a couple of days.
I would not hesitate to do business with Tamarack in the future.

Tamarack are a great company selling great products and I have been a customer for many years. In this case, it was Royal Mail that let the side down.

Goods ordered on 24th August with a Royal Mail 48 delivery service. The goods were eventually delivered on 1st September by which time I had already left home having purchased alternative supplies.

Shipping issues were out of Tamaracks control, Royal Mail confirmed they had issue their end so took a week rather than track 48.

5 stars maybe but I don't remember.

Shiipping was a bilt slow through the post strikes so i gave it a 4. the kettle is well built of stainless steel and sturdy. the flexible handle bends up to 90 degrees and doesnt get too hot which useful for low fireplaces. customer services kept me informed of delivery.
