I was told delivery would be Saturday morning, it did not arrive. Phoned on the following Monday to find out what had happened . You apologiised, did not know why it was not delivered, but rearranged it for the Monday morning and it arrived as promised. It was a good job that the help I had arranged to help me spread the chippings were OK about it not turning up on the Saturday as originally promise.

Excellent service and the paving was off-loaded straight over the wall into my small back yard by the delivery driver saving me a lot of work! However, I'm disappointed that one of the 900 x 600 slabs is broken which is the reason for the 4 star rating on the merchandise (I only discovered this today when the slabs were unpacked to start work).

Hi. Afraid your website let you down.

Website says expect delivery at anytime between 7.30am and 6.00pm and is adamant that customers cannot be advised of approx times ie am / pm initially then a call from the driver at say 30 - 60 mins before.

As my site was unmanned and I would have had to pay someone to sit there from 7.30, I rang as had had no problems before to find you do indeed help with timing info and actually all went very well.
