Used various merchants for building supplies and by far Joseph Parr from ordering online to delivery was first class. Special mention to the delivery drivers, who were very helpful and nothing was to much of a problem for them.

Bit disappointed with chippings- expected them to be much more multi tonal and all same colour. Delivery was excellent -items delivered early morning and placed exactly as per instructions. Never even heard them.

Delivery arrived in three working days. Added further product day before under £70 by click and collect as website instructed and was able to have this added to original delivery.
Delivery driver went above and beyond leaving delivery note in the dry rather than getting is soaked out front.

Thought I had missed the driver but he had already unload my timber and stacked it against the fence.

Goods arrived on day scheduled but it would be better if a time slot could be given for delivery. One of the lengths of skirting board was discoloured and had been left for some time in the warehouse as was also dirty.

The items arrived on a pallet. The driver was unable to give assistance to move them to the rear of the property where they were required.
The pallet is stood against the garage waiting to be collected. Maybe I should make a coffee table out of it.

Have used these fir lots of different things over the years. Have always found them helpful. This is from telephone orders to internet ordering. The drivers fir the delivers have also always been very helpful.
