There was several days delay between order placement and shipment, but the delivery takes less time then I expect. The tracking information was not available until the delivery.

Excellent shipping- it came two days earlier than planned, in excellent condition and well-protected. I was pleasantly surprised to see a music box for sale on the site, and pleasantly surprised yet again to find that it was a very nice one as well. This was a gift for my father and he really enjoyed it! The teapot came sooner than expected! Since I live in the United States, it was thankfully well-wrapped and arrived in one-piece. I also had a question about how to fill the teapot, given its tricky setup. Hendrik was very helpful and responsive. They recorded an instructional video within a few days.

I live in the U.S. and the shipping/delivery was painless. The Vortex Dome I purchased is well constructed and looks like it will last a long time. The design concept is genius--an enclosure containing rheoscopic fluid, mounted on a base that allows it to rotate and thereby create fascinating currents within the fluid.
