The delivery was messed up big time. I paid for the express delivery and it did not arrival in the allotted time. After chasing on a number of occasions I was told the shower has been delivered by mistake to some other part of the country. I was then told a new shower would be sent out for a Saturday am delivery. After waiting in all Saturday it did not arrive. It took 8 days for it to arrive. Still haven't received my £50 discount I was promised. So many promises broken. Very poor service..

I ordered the wrong cover 907706 instead of 907707 and sent the cover back on Friday 13/5/16. I telephoned and you have received it back. I have not yet received the 907707 part as yet (as of 1-30 pm on the 25/5/16 and I hope its on its way,.

Order was processed promptly and product shipped the next day. Price was a lot cheaper than buying it from Aqualisa.
It fell down when Parcelforce got hold of it. Basically they said they had tried to deliver it when they hadn't. Eventually got the product.
