The wool is exceptional quality and the service is wonderful. I live the other side of the world but still got prompt replies within 24 hours and help choosing the best wool for my needs. Delivery was really fast. My sister was on holiday in the UK so she brought it home to me. It arrived at the address given really quickly.

I've been using the Jamieson and Smith jumper weight yarn for years and love it. I live in the US, but like ordering from the UK store. The shipping is pricey to the US, but I get a choice of all the colors in one location and the shipping is as fast as when I order anything from the US. It's win-win.

My wool was delivered by Royal mail and took only 2 haddays to arrive from the time of placing the order. I have great service from this company on more than one occasion. The quality of the wool is outstanding and I wouldn't knit with anything less.

I'm a repeated customer. I love the wool. I receive constantly complements on my knitted garments using the 2 ply jumper weight. It doesn't pill and looks professionally made. The shipping is very fast and is properly packaged.

Fantastic service! Arrived within a few days despite appalling weather which I thought might affect the island crossing. Love the products - just finished the Evie shetland shawl in 1 ply optic white and I think I am in love with 1 ply shetland wool. I’ve gifted that to a bride to be and now have more stock in case the other two nieces want one for their weddings next year. In the meantime I am on with my first project out of the Shetland lacework book - for me!

This is my third recent order from Jamieson & Smith. The shipping has been quick (for international) and I have been pleased with tall he Supreme Jumper Weight cones I've received. The quality and uniqueness of the yarns keep me coming back for more.

Absolutely excellent service all round. I always use Jamieson & Smith wool now as I love the quality and the colour range. It always washes well and is easy to knit. The website is easy to use and order from. I was kept informed of the progress of my order and my local postie delivered my wool on time and in good condition. I received my Thrift Glove out within a few days. Love the colour way. I'm a fairly experienced fair isle knitter in the round however it really needs to emphasise reading the whole pattern through or on the chart, emphasise the splitting where the thumb is introduced. I wasted 2 hours of knitting, then had to un pick 2 bands of fair isle & then pick up accurately! Not a job I relished.. It was my mistake but could have been avoided by a note on the co!our chart.
