Ordered on 25.04.24 03.05.24 1-2 DAY DELIVERY Plumber arrives & I call to see where the water softener is? your call centre says it has just arrived from supplier today (03.04.24) & will be delivered in 2-3 working days! That is delivery on the 8/9.04! No prior communications from Plumb2ujokers to let me know of late delivery! Thanks for claiming to sell something in stock, you do not have in & not delivering as per your claim & costing me unnecessary plumber fees.

Ordered a handrail for my disabled wife. Having forgotten to request VAT exemption for her disability I emailed customer service to request a VAT refund.
Prompt reply from Martin explaining that if I could provide proof of disability, he would discuss it with his manager.
Completed Gov.UK VAT exemption for disability claim form by return along with a sample 'in house' version found on another plumbing website.
No response since despite further emails and phone call.

I had ordered the wrong product. The return procedure was easy and I received a full refund promtly.

Part Never arrived ( 3 week waiting ) - I chased Customer services and they say they shipped a new part. I chased again after 10 days. They say the part not available even though they still advertise it.
Customer Services were polite but totally reactive not proactive. Totally not a good experience..
And I ordered from elsewhere and had the item in two days. Why couldn't they say they had no stock !!

Plumb2U have got the edge on prices, cheapest I could find for a standard Honeywell TR3. All fitted and working well.

Goods, when they eventually arrived , were as ordered and the price was very competitive. Had difficulty getting through on the phone to chase up my order but emails were mostly answered promptly. I find that in a small shower cubicle it is difficult to angle the shower head as there is no tilt mechanism
on the shower head holder. That said, it looks very stylish and is of good quality as you would expect from Briistan.
