I loved the items, but I'm still unable to see anything distinctive through the Pseudoscope Pro. Would you have any advice about using it -- I've already spent some time at it with no success -- or about any modifications I might be able to make (with tools likely at hand in every home)? I loved the merchandise and the customer service.

The only disapointment was that the spinning top Koma was broken inside its box. I guesse that is a fragile item and did not survive the shipping. I will try to glue it my I don't think it will work because of the tension during spinning. It is not a good choice, it is probably to fragile for shipping.

These are fun, but I think rather pricey for what is essentially quite small, plastic spinning top.

Fair point. If they were made in China, they would doubtless be much cheaper. But the Sp!n Top comes from Japan, and is probably a similar price to what it would be if it was made here in the UK.

To be completely honest, we prefer not to buy items made in China. However we do know that items made in limited quantities by smaller companies and artisan makers in Europe, the UK, Japan or the USA, will always tend to be more expensive.

Hi

We shipped your order on January 13th 2021. You would have received an e-mail the same day with the tracking number, which is RS466345285GB.

The Royal Mail web site says that the package left the UK on January 14th.

It is not showing up on the Canada Post web site yet, almost certainly because it is still in Canadian customs.

Once out of customs, you should be able to track it, although the postal service in Canada is not the fastest either.
