Fantastic selection of yarns, sturdy packaging, delivered quickly.

Knitting belt is a useful design and will last for many years. Came within two days which was a pleasant surprise. YouTube video helpful in working out how to wear it and use it.

I cannot speak highly enough of J&S and the speed at which orders are dispatched. It was a Tuesday night at 10.30pm when I decided I needed a Colourbox Yarn Pack and it arrived at my address in the Haute Savoie in France the following Monday. The wool is lovely as always as these colours are just beautiful together - I 'accidentally' ordered two packs so it will keep be busy for a while. A big thank you to the J&S team for making it so easy to bring a little of Shetland to France!

Very easy to order using the Shetland Woolbrokers website. Website didn’t accept my postcode initially but quickly resolved and the assistance using their Facebook page messages facility was both friendly and helpful. My pattern and wool arrived within a few days, well packaged. The instructions are clear. This is my first time attempting ‘proper’ Fairisle knitting and so far, so good. I have no doubt I will use Jamiesons again.

I have ordered many times from Jamieson and Smith and I'm always excited when I see the package at my front door! Their wool comes in a beautiful variety of colours and weights, perfect for any project i have in mind. I live quite far from where they ship from so the package does take a while to arrive, i have no issue with this as i understand shipping does take a while. I would recommend this brand to any person who enjoys working with and wearing wool!
