Delivery was super fast. I placed my order on Friday afternoon it arrived on Saturday in time for the weekend tying.
They sent exactly what I ordered. I'm going to try the dyes this weekend but the gloo was what I wanted and work perfectly. Can't ask for better than that.

I ordered the forceps on the Thursday evening. My order was acknowledged and an estimated delivery date given- communication was excellent. Delivery was even better as I had received the product by Saturday AM. I will certainly be using this supplier in the future. Thank you!

I am very impressed by the speed of the service. I'm familiar with the merchandise I have purchased (having bought them elsewhere previously), but the value for money from Troutcatchers is outstanding.
I haven't given 5 stars for service simply because I have returned the waders to Snowbee because I ordered the wrong boot size, and I am waiting a response from them.
