Shipping costs are always an issue so will never get 5 stars from me no matter who you shop with. The merchandise only gets 4 stars because of the Pearl mylar piping which I found to be to rigid for my specific needs. Customer service was fine and they were very helpful when I did make conyact.

I received my order of various flies and discovered that one wrong fly was sent. I telephoned to explain and without any fuss I was told the correct fly (6 actually) would be sent asap. Not only did I receive 8 flies to replace the incorrect ones sent but they arrived within 24 hours. This is exceptionally good service and I was very impressed. I offered to return the incorrect flies but was told not to.
