Excellent product, does exactly what we hoped, and very nicely finished in light grey (although not visible until opened of course).
Easy to fit - we screwed it to the side cupboards, but could have screwed it to the floor if desired.
The drawer opens and closes with a simple toe-push exactly as advertised!
Highly recommended.

I have delt with these guys many times before and they have always been friendly, professional and reliable.
The made to measure width option is a good idea as I can build bespoke cabinets to fit the room and do away with scribe/fill-in panels.
I've been a carpenter over 30 years now and consider Blum products to be well made and reliable.

Did not fit as specified it took a whole afternoon to work out where the drawers should go to make sure the spacers missed the hinges. Strong drawers though reasonable design.

Each unit and the specific hinge position can differ, for this reason we can only give general instruction about drawer positioning.

Building the drawer box was easy but fitting the draw front not so.
The margin of error when positioning the fixing plate is nil.
The photos in the instructions are fuzzy and too small which does not help.

The only problem I had with the shipping was that Fedex delivered to the wrong address. Luckily the recipient contacted Drawerboxes who contacted me so that I could collect it. Good customer service from Drawerboxes but not from Fedex! I would recommend using another company to deliver in N Ireland.

Assembly instructions did not explain how to remove the drawers but when I telephoned the answer was straightforward and efficient.
I ordered the drawers with Packers for each side. These needed the longest of the three screws provided but there were not enough supplied for the 36 holes required.

Have no hesitation in purchasing from this company.
They provide accurately cut drawer boxes, packaged to perfection and sent via FedEx. They come with Blum lifetime warranty to boot.
Always respond to my email queries in a timely manner. I rarely say this these days but this company is a model one which all others should aspire to.
This is now my third order as I am so impressed and I keep looking for spaces to add drawers! Well done Sharon and Paul.

Delivery arrived after about 10 days as expected.
Goods were exactly as described.
Followed the video instructions to assemble and fit.
Only thing missing in the video was the very first part of the drawer assembly which had already been done in the video but it wasn't hard to work out what was needed.
Plenty screws came for assembly too.

Drawers arrived when they said they would. Of good quality. Easy to put together. We received an email querying our width measurement as it seemed unusual, we were out by 2mm so grateful they questioned this.
