The totality of my order took a while to complete but I was impressed by the care and communication throughout.

A manufacturing fault with one of the sofa bed legs reflected a less than careful selection of screws at the time of build. This minor set back was remedied and a new leg section provided. I was surprised by this generous solution as a replacement set of screws would have sufficed!

The friendliness and helpfulness of all the Sitandsleep staff I have dealt with has been exemplary.

Communication is paramount and the communication with you has been beyond outstanding, from your confirmatory email of my order, phone calls and email informing me of the arrival of my wonderful Cubed, to the many frustrating phone calls made by us in relation to the delivery of our chair bed which was nothing at all to do with your good selves, but the courier company. Your service right through has been friendly, helpful, professional and efficient and therefore highly recommendable.

Great quality product. Excellent interactions with Sit and Sleep that felt very personal and helpful. Delivery company felt below the current industry norms in terms of speed and communications. I didn’t hear anything from them despite chasing Sit and Sleep and them saying they would prompt them, so telephoned the delivery company myself and then arranged delivery date. Norm nowadays is much more active delivery process with communications throughout. Love the quality of the sofa bed.

Very good quality mattress and cover, easily assembled and converts to bed very quickly. Really pleased with this purchase which was delivered to my home within 3 days of ordering.

Although when I placed my order the item turned out to be just out of stock (no clear sign of this on the website), customer service was prompt to explain this and reassured me they would be able to deliver in a couple weeks' time. I’m very happy with my purchase, I visited the showroom to see how comfortable the various sofa’s and futon’s were (very, being the answer!) The showroom gents were so helpful and I wasn’t rushed or pressured in any way, so although I’d gone with the intention of buying a chair in the end I decided to buy a compact double instead! The delivery was quick and easy and my futon is very comfortable. Thanks for all your help.

I found SitandSleep whilst browsing the internet looking for a replacement futon cover and was immediately pleased with the fact that there was a large choice of material and I could send for a sample before making a purchase. The staff were extremely patient and helpful when I had a problem with payment. Sit and Sleep were very easy to deal with, giving time and good advice. They sent samples of materials which were very useful in making informed choices. The quality of the futon itself was very good with strong wooden frame and a thick comfortable mattress. You cant feel the wooden slats underneath
I do suggest the mattress might have handles. It is nice and heavy but then a bit difficult to move on your own.
Secondly, I found the instructions a bit basic ( I almost overtightened the bolts).

The shipping was well organised, they contacted me with some possible delivery dates and that way I could have a look at my calendar to see what worked best. They delivered as agreed and brought the sofa up to the third floor which I could not have done myself.

Having bought an item previously from this company, I made it my first port of call when I needed a guest bed. Constraints on space led me to choose the Zipzap. The customer service was as excellent as before, and the delivery arrived on the day agreed. I foolishly undid the wrong zipper to start with, and it took a few attempts to get it back together (I could have used a third hand to hold it steady while I threaded it), but otherwise it was easy to convert from seat into bed and back again.
