Simple to order
A lack of info for a week …. Original quote was a week and then it became 10/14 days
But notification goods are ready came as a pleasant surprise and shipping to me was quick

luckily I didn’t need too much of what arrived to repair my existing drawer because putting the whole thing together would have been quite a stretch for me!

Excellent quality drawers with lifetime warranty on hardware. Really well packaged. DHL courier and timely turnaround. Millimetre accuracy of cutting. Back to my third purchase from these guys.

A 30 year old kitchen drawer was replaced with ease using the youtube instructions,i just took my time and its as good as new, the drawer front was offered up to the box with double sided tape on the runner front for correct positioning then screwed into place,great job sure ill be ordering more!

Pre- manufacture check to confirm size. Products arrived well packaged, instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Very pleased with the results.

I've converted many cupboards with various combinations of these drawers over the years. A minimum of DIY knowledge is needed, just follow the video slowly. The company has always been very helpful and delivery quick. This current order, for the first time, contained a mistake by the company and one mistake by myself. These things happen. Both mistakes sorted quickly and correctly-it certainly won't stop me recommending and using them again. Changing cupboards to drawers makes life better!!

Arrived in line with advertised lead-times and was delivered superbly packed.

I needed custom sized drawers for a kitchen project. Drawerboxes' web site was simple and clear to use. Because the sizes were not standard, they checked back with me before making the drawers - very impressive!
The product is superb and was fitted in just over an hour. Mrs P is very pleased !

Good measuring instructions. Good and timely service. Cuts were excellent.
Quality seems ok, but time will tell.

Blum drawers were delivered securely wrapped with all screws etc needed for installation .i have ordered more to finish off my project ,although i was informed about the delivery time i think you should be updated by text or email as to their progress, as nearly two weeks from ordering seemed to long without any contact otherwise all was good .

Easy to use website. Delivered within the time period advised at the time of ordering. Drawer boxes accurate to the mm. Easy to follow fitting instructions.

Came in the time as stated so a couple of weeks after ordered, as expected. The size was double checked. The item was well packaged.

The staff were very helpful when I contacted them to help me measuring. The drawers are perfect. I did need help to insert them as it was not quite as easy as it looked. Really happy and would order more in the future.

Thank goodness they were savvy enough to check with the dimensions of the drawers and chatted with me online to ensure that my order would fit to the nearest mm. Thank you so much.

The only thing was that the email to get me to confirm the dimensions was lost in the advertising so didnt notice it for a week or so but they patiently waited for my response lol. Thank you.

i should have ordered the paper instructions, would have saved time messing about trying to find it online.

Drawers are wonderful, delivery was very quick and customer service was brilliant when we realised something was missing - it arrived next day!

We were contacted to double check measurements given which I think gave a small delay to shipping but they did this to make sure product was going to be suitable as not standard so excellent customer service.

Ended up following tutorials for assembly on YouTube which were very easy to follow and all in all a simple process. Have already been recommending this to family and friends and showing them inside the cupboards and plan to buy more for other cupboards. Great product of great quality.
