Shipping was delayed by a day, not notified till late on the original delivery day, excellent customer service rep mind, arranged for next day delivery. One of the board centre pack was broken, Given the size of the project I was able to work around it.

Ordered the product as it was supposed to be in stock - it wasn't. Despite waiting for over a week for the goods to be delivered they never arrived so I cancelled the order. When you need materials to complete the work you need a reliable service. Sadly this wasn't' the case here.

Did not deliver on day, no calls,landscape gardeners were finished their work and moved onto next job as would not wait after 6.00pm.
Delivered a day late
Rang next day to complain as cost to spread was £40 to get them back and told tough as they dont have enough profit in the order.
I paid £127 and would not be surprised if they paid £50 at cost.
I am in my 60s and cannot spread 1 mt gravel.
Very very bad service.

Everything delivered on time, even items I added to the order at the last minute. Loaded on to the drive so that I could still get my car on as well. Really, really good service. I will be back soon for more!

The lads in the yard were spot on order brought straight to my car and friendly bunch of lads even put the bags in the car for me and the postcrete is brilliant so cannot fault customer service in any way.

Click and collect so no stars for delivery. Otherwise excellent = Easy ordering and helpful e mails to help.
Car was loaded carefully and I was in and out of the depot in Five minutes..

Good product delivered on time and to location as requested, reasonable price very competitive with others, only issues was I ordered 3 bulk bags of the plum20 mm slate and received 1 bag of plum and 2 bags of grey, which wasn't an issue just more annoying, as used the grey to cover the plum so all was the same colour, but in fairness the labels on the bags did say plum but they were not all the same colour, a visual check may of highlighted this issue before delivery.

Thanks for taking the time to do a review, it does make a difference to let our staff know that it is appreciated what they do, they are all working extremely hard in very trying times to get goods out for you. I've checked the batch of slate you had delivered against stock and from the supplier quarry all say you had 3 bags of plum slate. The plum can look very grey at times the colour changes sometimes when it is wet.

Orderly process,With regard to the safety protocols in place,Confirmation of order,And placing material within vehicle in designated area.
Maybe when the regulations are relaxed and face to face interaction is allowed, I will call in for advice on other projects I have scheduled.Understandably the phone lines are hot and being able to get through is not always straight forward.

I think we have perfected the new click & collect system, an undercover waiting area, very quick turnaround and great social distancing but still being able to help load the vehicle. Our Stockton retail showroom (open 7 days a week) re opens on Monday 12th April following lockdown, this is a great place to talk about new projects with lots on display and dedicated design team to help work out your requirements. I'm surprised you find it hard to get through on the phone we still have a switchboard operator who prides herself in answering quickly, our average wait to staff is less than two minutes often less than 30 seconds.
