Took delivery of my order only to find the very last one had been damaged ,I spoke to Jack he said bring it up and it will be sorted . Earlier on in the week I had also spoken to Jack to see if I could change from click and collect to delivery and was informed it wasn't a problem ,went back to for couple of extra things and was recognised by one of the delivery drivers,he only reason for the four stars under "Merchandise"was down to the damaged item ,Many thanks to all the staff.

Excellent, I wasn't in when the guy delivered but as per the terms he offloaded to the nearest point of relief - no issues everything was there. One of the boards was split but as wood is a natural product and in bulk you can't pick and choose this wasn't a problem as I ordered spare. Will use again.
