The website and the confirmation email says item in stock will be delivered in 5 to 10 working days .. after two weeks of silence I decide to call their customer service ... I am now informed that the sofa is in a container somewhere in the works and won’t arrive before end of month.. once container here the conversation was fairly quick and but goods took nearly 6 WEEKS to arrive. It would have been nice to know from the beginning !

We would point out that when you placed your order online on 2nd October, our website was not showing the colour that you had chosen as ‘in stock’ but as ‘2 Due Oct ‘18’ (reflected in the order detail of your order confirmation e-mail of 2nd October) as we were waiting for stock to arrive from Innovation. Items which are shown as ‘In Stock’ are usually delivered within 5-10 working days. We sent all customers waiting for items on this shipment, including yourself, an e-mail on 12th October advising that the shipment was slightly delayed and that it was now estimated to arrive at UK port on 6th November (actually docked on 8th November).
We are sorry that the delivery of your order took longer than you had hoped and will look at how we can further improve our e-mail communications. We would also like to thank you for the very positive review of the product itself and we are glad that you are pleased with it.

Really pleased with this product. It functions really well as both a sofa and a bed which is unusual.
