I have just received my bank statement and see that I have paid twice for the item that is to value of £7-89 that is the only problem after a pleasant experience .

The Heat Exchanger is a difficult shape to package so a few of the fins were slightly bent due, I think, to the item moving around within the packaging. The fins were easily straightened. The Heat Exchanger is robust and supplied with a new temperature sensor which I wasn't expecting but was very helpful. The exchanger came with new washers for the water connections and it fitted perfectly. The boiler is now leak free and working well. Very please with the Exchanger and the price.
