This order arrived unusually quickly which was really good. (The delays are for reasons beyond Jamieson & Smith's control, getting a parcel from the Shetland Islands to a city in regional Australia can take a lot of time.)

I ordered an Islesburgh Toorie Yarn Pack, a spinning sampler pack and a number of balls of individual colours. I hope my spinning does justice to the spinning sample pack combed tops. I'm very happy with all the items I received.

The Islesburgh Toorie Yarn Pack was delivered much faster than I expected an international order to arrive. The yarn was exactly as stated on the website. I am thrilled and will be casting on this weekend. The yarn arrived so quickly and in perfect order so customer service was not needed and not rated. But I was at the store in Lerwick in 2022 and know that the staff was very pleasant and very helpful.
