Absolutely crap service, on website it says it’s in stock and
Still havnt had a call from any body to say it’s ready for collection
And that was two weeks ago and still havnt received it.

First Class service. Ordered late in the day, arrived in Scotland the next day. Priced much cheaper than any other seller. Great service.

Why. Pre can one say good prices and service.

Extremely efficient service, no communication needed.

Correct pipe delivered but in poor condition with scores and deep scratches such that joints are not watertight in some areas.

1 to 2 days. But 8 days from manufacture.

Ordering was straight forward, receive confirmation email immediately.
But
I ordered the cylinder on the Monday but didn’t receive it until the following Wednesday.
I had to send an email to find out where and when it was going to be delivered.
I had a customer on my back constantly asking when the job was going to be done.

The whole experience of dealing with Plumb 2U was very good. The price of the item was very competitive. Delivery was good and the product seems to be very good, although we have hardly had to use it yet.
