Good quality item and works well. Some may find fitting the plinth in the correct position a little difficult. The only let down was the courier who failed on both occasions to deliver on time.

Very pleased with the service from drawboxes.co.uk. Easily contactable for guidance and advice . Easy online ordering process Goods arrived on time and well packaged apart from one box where the drawer bottoms had suffered slight damage on the corners. This was hidden when drawers were assembled so there was no point in returning them. I would encourage drawboxes to modify the packaging to prevent this issue. All in all, very satisfied with the service and delighted with the product.

I am very pleased with these drawers, they are solid and well made. I have interpreted Customer Service as the online videos which are very good (not quite perfect, but close). I managed to install the drawers and achieve a very good result even though I am probably a below average DIYer.
One bit of information I haven't found, so may ask is how to remove a drawer (from it's runner) after it has been installed - something I will need to do in the near future.

Thanks for the review! This info is on our FAQ on the website. To remove a Tandembox, pull the drawer out all the way then hold both sides firmly at the front. Next pull up at the front and wiggle the drawer at the same time. You can use a bit of force, it will not break.
