This is the first time I ordered anything from the UK since Brexit and I was a bit worried because I had heard so many bad experiences. However, my package arrived within a week, the customs declaration was all correct - I paid just four euros - and I have been happily consulting my new book as I start my first Shetland lace project. I cannot praise this company enough, their customer service is second to none. Their deliveries you can rely on and last week when Storm Pia ravaged Scotland and caused absolute chaos my delivery was held up in Aberdeen for only one day. The wool itself does dry my skin a bit as it's natural but do you want authentic or acrylic, I know my choice.
