Speedy delivery, driver left it where I asked. Only gave merchandise 4 stars because it whilst it looked good, its now under my new turf, so only time will tell.

All items as ordered,can't do any better than that, delivery was early in the morning and driver off -loaded and used his initiative/experience to place load in sensible place before I got there so thanks to him.

Spoke to a gentleman man on the phone and he couldn't be more helpful if he tried a pleasure to deal with. Also had to pop into the yard as I had forgotten to order something and again they were more than helpful especially in the current situation.

Fab product, great quality.
However the driver did not even bother to knock on door bell and just dropped the dumpy bags in the 'wrong' place'. Could of saved me lots of work if he had bothered to ask!

Great to do business with. But the review app is rubbish not accepting the review until I entered a comment which I had already entered. Wold advise jparrdlboro to continue doing what they well and tell shopping satisfaction to stop annoying their customers.

Everything from order to delivery was very easy and it makes a big difference getting bulky sheets of material delivered. Customer service was excellent, I was contacted for an alternative which ended up being better than the item I'd ordered. Delivery was prompt to my driveway. Can't fault J Parrs. The online ordering was straight forward and the delivery was simple. The delivery man was quick and efficient as well as being very friendly and helpful. The ornamental bark was exactly as I needed and covered the ground perfectly. I now have a beautiful front garden.
