Well made, easy to assemble and work perfectly. There was one small part missing which customer services put in the post and was delivered the next day. Overall - can fault the product or the service.

Great service , moved into new home to find the front panel of the current drawers broken to eventually fall off within a few months. Was not optimistic before hand of ordering a replacement drawer that would manage to fit in the specific dimensions we have but pleasantly surprised once installed that it fit perfectly and looks brand new , fitting in with rest of the kitchen. Highly recommend for anyone needing a replacement drawer.

This Blum drawer is an example of good design and engineering. Everything you need is in the kit which saves time and creates a bomb proof drawer. Thanks to the instructional video the dawer is in and working perfectly. Soft close too which is a bonus.

The drawer box arrived a week earlier than expected. Construction was simple with the instruction video, taking approximately 20 minutes - though this did not include fitting the runners, as the drawer fitted those already installed. The glass side panels were easily clipped in and are an excellent addition, preventing articles from falling through the gaps.
Altogether a very useful purchase with excellent customer service.
