I have shopped with Grand Illusions for years and have never been disappointed with the quality of their products, shipping and customer service. I highly recommend them.

Well this is my favourite website. Grand-illusions do a great job in all respects. There are so many fascinating things that I wish I could buy more!

Easy to find items, great website organization. The videos are very helpful to understand how the item works. And of course, Tim adds his own magic to everything.

Gerard Illusions offer beautiful interesting toys you just won’t see anywhere else’s and Tim is a joy. Third time I have ordered and the customer service and delivery are always excellent.

The geobender cube has been such fun and everyone that picks it up is amazed at the different shapes that can be created. Kids and old folks just love it. It is my new desk toy for visitors to pick up and play with.

I threw it away after Grand Illusions did not reply to my email complaint the day of delivery.. Disappointing. I guess you could say I got "impossibly screwed." I actually like their products--and they have responded to my emails in the past--but not this time. So i lost the product and the money.

Shipping time was ok. Could have been better but with the whole brexit closterfuck I understand things aren't as smooth as usual.
The merchandise itself is superb.
I didn't have any real contact with costumer service but everything seems to be fine.

A top was broken (the metal stem) but a replacement is expected.

These were birthday gifts and I have always received good service from Grand Illusions in the past. The Penguin pop up is proving very entertaining.

The cryptic calendars arrived in good time. On one of the calendars that I kept, the sliding part was quite loose and we have to sort of pinch it together now and then or it slides out of place.
