Very good service for flagstones and sharp sand, I would have given them 5 stars for customer service but they don't tell you the day the goods are to be delivered, a quick email or text is all it needs. I would use the company again.

Thanks for taking the time the send a review. Just for clarity, shortly after you have received a confirmation of the order an email is sent giving you the day of delivery, I've checked your email trail and a delivery date email was sent on 17th June all goods are delivered on those dates unless we call.

Collected goods under 'social distancing' conditions without any problems. Everything was well organised & safe, staff were very pleasant and efficient, in & out within 15 minutes. Have ordered & collected further items with the same efficient experience.

Not a good experience as order was delivered to wrong address when I rang re-delivery.They arranged for a wagon to go and collect it then deliver to me but on arrival the weed suppressant wasn’t with order so I had to go and collect it myself. Don’t know if it had been sent with the order and had gone missing or it had been missed off the order. The original pebbles I ordered were out of stock so I chose a different type that were slightly cheaper but wasn’t offered a refund on the difference

Hi Just confirm our email of 9th June, says the item is on extended delivery and may be up to 5 weeks, so still a few weeks away from being delivered.

Delivered wrong bricks ! Had to use them as trades were booked. Customer service none existent and told they don’t do the bricks I even ordered !! No offer of discount or good will just a sorry. Good job the supplied bricks look all right or would have been very costly mistake that they couldnt fix. Prob won’t use again.

Sorry we didn't meet your expectation this time, yes we delivered the wrong bricks, our transport office rang you in the morning with a solution and left a message for you to call back. We got your call late in the afternoon when you said your wife liked the ones that were sent and no further action required.

The window of delivery was wide at 9 am to 5 pm but the load arrived at 09:30 and was delivered by a very capable and cheerful driver, putting the load exactly where I wanted it.

Order was not processed correctly. The goods were said to be delayed 24 hours. Then upon collection 24 hours later the goods in fact were not available with a lead time of four days. The staff desk were disorganised and no leadership was show when dealing with the issues? Very poor service and a zero result with regards to getting the order? Would never use Parrs again!!

Sorry we didn't meet your expectations with this order but looking at the order trail, we did email you asking a question about your order which you didn't respond to and then followed with a phone call to your wife. You missed the cut off date for your 4 roils of turf and at your request order cancelled and refunded.

Ordered the plum slate clippings and was then contacted with a delivery date. Delivered on the date given and the driver was absolutely excellent and dropped the load off where I asked. Cannot fault any of the order and process.
The only downside being I have had to shovel and barrow the contents of the bag, but it is looking good. Thanks to all at Joseph Parr.
