Great price & fast delivery.

It’s very hard to offer any positivity to a review.
They took my payment immediately.
I received the relative tracking information but was unable to track the item.
I waited one week without an update, so I contacted them via email despite various efforts I made to contact via their landline.
Apparently my purchase was lost in transit but due to them now being out of stock I would have to wait up to 10 days for a replacement.
I took the offered refund.
Don’t waste your time and buy elsewh.

Goods as described and well priced.
Prompt despatch/ delivery.
Only missing 5 stars as 1 of three items delayed a couple of days so sent separately without notice…just needed a quick email to advise for top score.
But overall happy to recommend.

Title says it all ..will use again.

Quick delivery. Packed well. About to be fitted by water engineer as part of a service.

Plumb2U were excellent. There was a little damage in transit to the item but this was caused by poor packing by the manufacturer. Plumb2U provided a replacement part very quickly and they resolved the problem caused by others - perfectly, with good courtesy and helpfulness. I would recommend Plumb2U.

The super fire 2 with Mapp Gas was a really good price. Dispatched quickly, however it took two attempts for the delivery company to get it to me, so I wasted one day, tracking the delivery company van on line only to see it drive past my house and return to the main depot. Out for delivery on 5th, 9th May and I finally got it on the 10th after I requested they stop given my package tours of Cornwall. So in short Plumb2u brilliant, DX delivery very poor (Although I did receive an apology).

I have not yet received the order. It was placed over a week ago and have had no indication when to expect it. Am not at all satisfied with the service!

Order now received. My review referred to shipping not merchandise (see left section). Initial letter from Plumb2U said tracking available. No such tracking existed.

The actual item is excellent and of high quality. No problem there.

The sink is beautifully designed and of good quality.
And good value for money.
There was a slight hiccup with receiving all of my order, but this was quickly resolved by the customer support team who provided superb customer service.
I would highly recommend this company.

It arrived sooner than expected so that was a bonus
There was a part missing
The pipe and of course it wasn’t the regular sized pipe so I had to seek out and buy many pipe parts to get it to fit the old waste pipe
However I like a DIY challenge
I was quoted £48 an hour by the local plumbers to fit it!
I am a nurse I work with peoples internal plumbing for far less! . I am in the wrong job!
