Order came earlier than expected so this was an added bonus.
Really pleased with the service I received.

Should had arrived on the friday didnt get a phone call to say it wasnt coming so wasted a full day sat about. rang monday and got no explination as to why it didnt come on the friday but they said it was going to be delivered that day. only bonus was i got four free slabs for the inconviniance but that took some doing. if they had have rang me on the friday explaining why it wasnt going to come that day they would have got a five * for shipping.

Great company to order from. Website and payment very user friendly.
Would be great if they could give an or pm delivery slot instead of the 07:30 to 17:00 time.

Quick delivery, great delivery driver and order came quicker than expected.

Whilst the goods took longer to deliver this is to be expected in the current situation. The staff at theatre were very helpful as was the driver. I have used Parr's before but just in picking items at the store, delivery was very useful on these large items.

Ordered on line, immediate email confirmation, 1 week wait ( which is the only negative but that’s only because I wanted to get on with what I was doing- delivered on time, very helpful delivery man, no issues, gravel as excepted. All good. Highly recommend ...just plan a week or so in advance.

They delivered a large dumpy bag of 50-90mm cobbles on the day they promised but didn’t call at the door to find out where to leave it. As a consequence, the driver left it in the wrong place which would have meant a lot of extra barrowing of heavy cobbles.

Ordered loads of things from Parrs over last few years always spot on and helpful. Best building Merchant around.
