Took from the 14th to the 24th of April to arrive disappointing considering it stated 4 days for delivery though there were two weekends as I ordered on a Friday.

One of the feet was broken when unwrapped, but I glued it and its now fine.

Great product and arrived early.

Goods as described and dispatched quickly. A good value item that replaced original without difficulty.

Delivery guy dropped it in front of the house despite telling them via their portal to leave it inside the garage.

Difficult to review as the ordered items have not been received as of 21/4/23 and there doesn't appear to be anyone to pick up a phone in the published work hours.

Good customer service and product received as described. Will use them again for other plumbing materials.

Product failed after a short period. Impossible to get through to the company on the phone and their on-line contact form was not working. Revived a prompt reply to an email and credit to them they sent a pre-pay return label. Hoping for a quick no hassle refund.
