No message or phone call to say when delivery was to be expected. Some 225X75 sawn green treated timber 4.8m warped which will impact on build and waste.

Excellent product though it took nine days to travel the five miles from Portrack to Acklam, maybe a complication caused by the virus or maybe they're working on a nine day week as I was told delivery was between five days and a week.

I have ordered many items from parr’s over the years and it used to be free delivery over 40£ and now is a significant £100 and apparently no way of ordering less and paying delivery charge. I ended up ordering things on my last order that I didn’t really need at this time in order to have essential items delivered. On my last but one order the delivery was short by 1 bag of sharp sand. Despite emailing them twice and telling driver who assured me he would report it they have failed to reply.

I was expecting the delivery at 7.30 on Saturday morning and got up early. It arrived at 1.30 and the delivery driver was very apologetic almost embarrassed. He explained that a colleague had not turned in to work and therefore he was having to complete extra deliveries! Thank you to the gentleman for the delivery, difficult times for us all whilst he is not a key worker he respected his employers reputation and valued his own job. Thank you

Thank you for the kind review, they are shown to the staff and in difficult times with only half of our work force in they are very much appreciated. We have had to adjust the way we work and adapt to new procedures all a big learning curve, we are pleased that out of the thousands of orders we have had since reopening, all but a few have been delivered in the time span allocated and complete, a testimony to the hard work of all the staff involved.
