I was told I would receive goods on the same day and I got 3 shipments on different days and never got a mail to tell me this.
Product is good and I understand we are in a strange situation with this COVID.
I would use Parrs again as I understand how busy the workers are there and know thing can easy get missed.

Ordered 13th may its now23rd no delivery date yet .rang twice so now job is held up.will have to get back on phone next week after the bank holiday - I should have gone to wickes would have been delivered by now.

Really happy with the service, quick delivery and products all for a good price. The driver quality checked my items before leaving and found minor damage to a length of fence capping so an extra one was supplied.
Would highly recommend J Parr.

Thanks for the kind reviews, they are shown to the staff and in difficult times with only half of our work force in they are very much appreciated. We have had to adjust the way we work and adapt to new procedures all a big learning curve, we are pleased that out of the thousands of orders we have had since reopening, all but a few have been delivered in the time span allocated and complete, a testimony to the hard work of all the staff involved. I ordered the products during covid 19, online and received an email from Andrew to let me know due to demand the products may be delayed. I asked Andrew if he could fit me in at his earliest time and he agreed and also managed to get all products delivered before schedule. Dealing with Andrew on behalf of his employer was a great retail experience being friendly, honest, and Andrew is a credit to his business and the building business.

Unfortunately the decking is out of stock but the rest of the delivery came today and despite the idiot neighbour doing a great impressing of a teapot and watching everything like a spoilt jealous child your driver was a credit to you, very polite, efficient and dropped off the 1 tonne bag of stones in a convient place for us to work around.

Good Customer service from Simon in these troubling times and as they had just com back to work from the lock down.
Every thing on this order arrived OK, but on the second order there were missing parts requiring actually having to go to the yard to pick up the missing parts not what I wanted to have to do in this time of lock down.

Only received one of the gates instead of the 2 ordered. No email or phone call to inform me of delivery time and date, or to tell me there was going to be an item missing off my order. 2 x 1 length was also badly splintered at the end.
