No problems with delivery though because these are bespoke items I had to wait almost 2 weeks for them to be made.

Shipping is a bit slow, but under current circumstances and depending on how these items are sources perhaps that's to be expected. Otherwise good service, though I didn't use customer service. However the video instructions are good.

Excellent products. I measured carefully and watched the videos. Works well as the drawer bottoms are precut so its a kit specific to your requirements. Helpful lady at the office gave me order advice. Straightforward to fit just take your time. Very pleased with the result.

These are excellent, arrived well packaged, easy to assemble and fit, good solid construction. Refurbished elderly relatives kitchen unit. She's over the moon, more storage than original plastic drawers.

I already have some internal drawers in another cupboard. Compared to these ones the tandembox was really easy to build and install in my cupboard, better quality and just glides in and out. I’m really pleased with this purchase and will be updating my old drawers shortly as these are so much better. They look smart and are well built. The item was well packaged and a slight issue with my item was dealt with very professionally and quickly. They seem a very nice company to deal with.
