No email regarding delivery and a little late due to COVD19.

Great service at difficult times. Well done.

Told that it was out for delivery on the Friday, arrived on the Monday and forgot part of the order, had to collect from the depot myself, could have collected the whole order the week before and save the hassle.

All good arrived promptly.

Ordered during lockdown just after deliveries were starting again. Obviously everyone was ordering and I had to wait 8 days to receive my goods. Unfortunately, the lorry broke down on my delivery day and I had to wait yet another day. Although frustrated, I was extremely grateful and the delivery was as ordered and very efficient off load. So in the circumstances a decent service.

I have not recieved my order.

Great place to get timber. I asked for good straight non twisted timber and that's exactly what I got. The prices are good and the free delivery based on a low purchase price. The only small issue I had with this order was no contact to notify of the delivery date. The goods just turned up one morning. Lucky I was home but not a major issue. They'll continue to be my go to for timber.

After over a week of waiting for my order I had to chase up when my order would arrive only to be told the quarry was closed and they do not know when it would reopen. Obviously did not want to inform me at the beginning so they could secure my order this now making me wait even longer.
So cancelled order due to principle to be told it would take 10 days for a refund. Disgusting customer care, Will not be using this company ever again.

Under the current circumstances I’m impressed by their efficiency. Order took about a week to come and the delivery man was really helpful in placing the pallet where I needed it. Have recommended to a mate who has been struggling to find a merchant. Good work lads!

I was asked what date i would like so i gave 2 days notice - nothing was said about it taking a week to deliver - i had 2 blokes here waiting to put the fence up - i had to pay them for standing doing nothing most of the day - so thank you for that - i have used you for years as a builder myself but since getting an injury i cannot manage at moment - you need to work on your communication.

Delivery driver great. Delivery took longer than expected, but in current climate no cause for complaint.

Goods not yet received 7 working days after an email saying they'd be with me in 5 days.

I ordered the chippings online after speaking to one of the salesmen named Dave, he was very helpful.
I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. I had ordered too many bulk bags of pebbles and have arranged for these to be collected.

I can't eally comment on the artificial grass as not laid yet. The other items were as expected. When we saw the trucks passing again we crossed our fingers for delivery and it all arrivedsafely.
I've used Parrs as my supplier since it opened as it's only 30 metres from my front door, but aside from that they have always been the most competitive price-wise and from all types of timber to flagstones, bulk slate, cement, plaster etc I've yet to be disappointed with the quality of their products.
