Due to the situation we are in the store didn’t have information on the website regarding open times and delivery. I rang the store and it said it was closed I then emailed the store who answered a few days later. But I was left in limbo for quite a few days not knowing if I would receive the merchandise I had ordered and paid for.
Once the store was open the service was excellent and staff very helpful. I have ordered again and waiting on a delivery.

Great timing and material.

I appreciate the situation and the fact that you only started delivering on Monday 22nd but a simple email with an estimate of delivery date would be very nice. Getting an email to review the shipping and merchandise before I have received it doesn't improve the situation.

The items came on the day we were told. The bark was not as good as last year ( lumps of mud) but it did what we needed it for. The customer service was excellent especially in these difficult times.

DELIVERY CAME 10.30,DRIVER COULD NOT LIFT GRAVEL OVER LOAD ,HE SHIFTED WOOD SO HE COULD PLACE THE GRAVEL WHERE I WANTED IT.FIRST CLASS SERVICE WILL RECOMEND TO ALL.THANK YOU VERY MUCH .REG FOSTER.

Very good service at a difficult time.

Delivery turned up as stated, got one pack of blocks off the wagon and hydraulic hose split emptying the contents all over the road, pack of blocks dropped to the floor accidents happen! However, no help from the company when the driver rang. I was told I would be contacted to sort a clean up, the call didn't come, when I rang them I was basically told they dont have the staff and it's just unlucky, as I say accidents happen but I dont expect to clean up their mess!

Can't review as yet as waiting for a delivery date.

Bad customer service they don't answer the phones very unprofessional items ordered long time and didn't recieved yet.

Even when the government closed all shops the day after I ordered Parr's contacted me to see if I still wanted the delivery.

Generally have excellent service and normally delivered next day,however I had to telephone in the afternoon to see if it was still being delivered as one of their wagons had already been on the estate.I was informed that it would be delivered and did arrive about half an hour before the closing time .Had I not telephoned I don't think that it would have been delivered,however under the circumstances of the current situation in the country I accept that they were under pressure.well done.
