Tamarack outdoors delivered the item promptly but unfortunately on examination there were defects in the tarp stitching.
A refund was issued very quickly on return of item.
Tamarack 5 star service. Would use again.
DD Tarps 3 star poor quality control/craftsmanship.

Cannot fault the experience using this merchant. Notifications on order were clear and precise and the delivery arrived in a quick 48 hours. The products were as described and good quality at a very reasonable price. I didn't need customer service, but imagine it would be as efficient and helpful as the rest of the business. Definitely consider in the future.
