Delivered quickly but sent wrong item. Pump I ordered was not actually in stock and would take too long for them to get and send out.

General communication on the order has been non existent, however prompt response from customer services when contacted about their error.

Disappointed that they have still not refunded me (I had to buy the pump again elsewhere so a significant extra outlay) or would probably have scored higher.

Great item dispatched straight away and delivered well ahead of the stated time, my only point is that I paid via Amazon without setting up an account with Plumb2U and so couldn’t work out how to track my delivery and nobody answered the customer service line when I called. Placed an order to a Salamander Shower Pump costing approx £263. Received confirmation of tye order & was sent a kitchen product.
I contacted Plumb2U & was advised the shower was not in stock & I could get a refund. I incurred plumber Call out charges because Plumb2U sent an incorrect product.
Plumb2U did not offer any contributions toward the costs I incurred because of Plumb2U errors and as result will not use Plumb2U again
