EXCELLENT SERVICE AS PER USUAL.

Received an email after placing an order advising me that my order has been dispatched, then another email 2 days later saying the item was out of stock!

Was advised that the items would be ordered from the supplier and to expect delivery in ~ 7 days. It was only when I chased the order that I was told there would be a further delay!

Awful customer service, would not buy from again.

Item went missing with the courier but was tracked down as soon as I raised the issue. Arrived next day (Sunday). Impressed with the back up.

I would just like to say that I have been using this company for over a year now they always have in stock what I need, and sometimes especially on macerators can save up words of £200 (stewfix side-by-side) always the cheapest online, and they seem to have everything I ever ask for in stock.. never taken any longer than two days to get to me either. So good on you guys. Cannot comment about customer service just yet but as for range of stock and getting product to me quickly cannot be faulted.

I have routinely used Sanilo Descaler in our Saniflo macerator and the reason that I chose PLUMB 2U was because of the price and the delivery date that they offered.

All OK.

Purchase & delivered without any problems. Electric boiler and seemingly comes without fitting vales which was a surprise. Otherwise all good but still in process of installation.

Customer service not required.

Plumb2u lived up to their very bad reviews. Thermostat was sold to me as new but was in fact a return. I did not realise it was a return until after I installed it and found that the smart thermostat had already been registered to another account so could only be used manually. I contacted Salus and it took them 3 weeks to reset the account.
Plumb2u are obviously totally untrustworthy, it could have been a lot worse and I strongly recommend to avoid purchasing anything from them.

The product I ordered is fine, but it is marked down as they sent me the wrong product (a TH131 instead of a TH232). When I contacted customer service I was told to send the item back, pay and then claim postage, and upon receipt they would send me the correct item. To be fair they then came up with a satisfactory alternative.

This was excellent customer service but I don't know why it wasn't offered to me in the first instance.

Very confusing because same item being sold on Amazon, Plumb2U and Ebay at different prices. Opted to pick up item in a Fulham plumbing shop. The shop chased the order and I got it in a couple weeks.

Happy with the products but unhappy with the packaging! The items arrived in a plastic courier bag which had a large hole in it! Why would you package a Map gas cylinder without some sort of protective packaging? Brazing torches are also prone to cracks if dropped or mishandled.
