Have had this exact same shower before, so knew I would love how it worked. Ordered one day and arrived ahead of schedule the next. Very happy customer.

Great pump, fitted in minutes, works very well, and super quiet.

Didnt have to do a lot - cheapest price, delivered next day and worked when fitted.
Hopefully will stay working so finding out about after sale service will not be necessary.

Good price for product. Easy to order online. Only negative is that I paid for next day delivery, but took a couple of days. Possibly delivery company fault. Contacted Plumb2u by email and got rapid response. Would certainly use this company again.

Ordered shower £700 pounds worth. Rescheduled on courier's website to change delivery day. All accepted.
Shower left on doorstep on wrong day, without signature even though courier specified that signature was required at point of delivery.

Plumb 2 U are great but not impressed with the courier. Luckily it was not stolen.

Every thing except one was 5 * Criticism first : I found the company difficult to contact, whether by phone or email. When I did get through on the phone, I was treated courteously and very efficiently. I felt that my wishes really mattered to them. The goods arrived today, in good order. Very good unit for the boiler.

The order first arrived with only the filter cartridge and not the whole system. I sent an email to customer service who apologised and sent the remaining items by fast delivery service. However the remaining parts were poorly packaged and I only hope they are all my plumber needs!!

Update. Plum2U quickly acknowledged that my order had gone astray and refunded my payment to them.

I was notified the product had been shipped then after this I was told the shipment was delayed due insufficient stock. When I eventually received the product it had clearly already been fitted and returned as the thermostat had paint from the wall it had been fitted to. Not at all impressed.

I never received the item. I was charged for the item despite it apparently being ‘out of stock.’ I was not issued a refund as promised.
