I have been a customer of J Parr for some years. I have found that they can rarely be beaten for value and their free delivery on orders over £40 is very attractive. Staff are unfailingly helpful and drivers cannot be bettered for their cheerful cooperation when making deliveries. Very highly recommended!

Requested the product be put to the side of the house, When it arrived my wife came out to move her car and the driver told her not to bother. She told the driver that it needed to be up the side of the house but he told her he was unable to put it there. If she would like he could take it back and have it delivered the next day. I'm unable to understand why he was unable to back up along the house and drop the basalt but it was easy enough to drop it over our fence into the front yard.

E mailed and text me a time but didn't turn up at all, rang late in day to see where delivery was said not coming as it was a mistake, waited in all day poor effort a call would have been helpful.
