I cannot believe you are asking me to review..
I ordered my item 'which was in stock' at point of order
only to be informed that it actually wasn't..
Well done on the customer service side of things, I had an email to apologise on your behalf and I have been informed that the item should be dispatched soon, and you will notify me when this happens.

Great service. Unfortunately when electrician came to fit it discovered all that was wrong with old one was a loose wire, so I had to return the item. Refund system was great too.

Order still has not arrived.
Telephone numbers given are not answered.
