I thought I would get a delivery communication after completing my order, I emailed for an update and got a very quick polite response..all was good.

Excellent drawers & service from Company. Chat line helped to confirm order as hinges slightly deeper than normal & this was accounted for on order for thicker packing strips.

Assembly instructions good & with tutorial on utube, no problems to fit into cupboard.

Can not recommend this Company higher, very satisfied with drawers in situ.

We love them - a great product. The instruction could have been more detailed - some of the steps took a bit of working out, but worth the effort.

I purchased 4 drawers from Drawerboxes to use as part of a project to box in under our stairs. The product is excellent, as is the customer service. Before ordering I contacted drawer boxes by both email and phone. Support was second to none.

The units were very good easy to follow assembly and fitting will definitely use again.

Order came in 3 parcels which was o.k but the carrier split the delivery so I wasn’t sure it would all arrive on time. Very pleased with the product and doing what it was intended for. Just a little suspect about customer service - I got answerphone several times during normal working hours, not what I expected when the website looked very professional. However Drawerboxes did react when contact was made.

Just make sure there is enough clearance between the side rails and the top of the draw unit.
I had to trim the top unit rail.
Once trimmed everything went well.
Kit quality and instructions all good.
I didn't need customer services..so did not rate them.

Ordered the wrong item - my fault. Everyone at the company I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. They sent out the correct parts very quickly. If I need a replacement drawer in the future, I know where to go.

Third purchase of Tandembox drawers. Easy to construct following either the online tutorial or paper instructions. Strong materials and excellent soft close mechanism at a competitive price. Delivery to me was between 10 to 14 days. Would certainly purchase again.
