Brilliant service,fast delivery great prices.

Very quick and efficient service. My only criticism is that I didn't receive a despatch notification, although a web query I sent was answered promptly confirming the item had been despatched.

I am still waiting for the delivery. Where is it?

Arrived next day as promised and on time so very happy. Small point - one container of descaler was not fully secured so small amount leaked and soaked into box of macerator, but not a huge issue and would order from Plumb2u again without hesitation.

Easy to order and at a very competitive price - also prompt delivery.

THe Goods so far are good, I tested 2 out of three. The delivery and customer service of both the company Plumb2u and the courier EVRI are diabolical and really non existente . Desoite promise to deliver on Wednesday I( I booked plumber, car and tenant) and goods arrived on Thursday late afternoon. Could do nothing, serious damages, not a word of apologies from both. Left messages begged to contact me: Zero, a desert. Avoid in my opinion unless do not mind this aspect of the service.

Very easy online purchase at a great price. Paid the extra charge for next day delivery and no issues at all - turned up the next day well boxed and in perfect condition.

Despite a promise of same day despatch ( 7 days ago) only got a text from carrier yesterday saying they had the part !! And would text me when they are going to deliver it !!
Still not got the part, shower not working crap customer service total waste of space.
Will not be using them again, wish I’d paid with a credit card so that I could stop the payment and buy the part from a reputable company !!

The first item arrived damaged but was quickly and efficiently replaced.

All worked perfectly. Ordered a new shower in the afternoon and delivered the next day.

Poor communication, zero updates, after 2 weeks of chasing I'm still not going to receive my full order. Having to source remaining parts elsewhere

Be warned.

I paid for next day delivery but it took 3 days. Plumb2u said there was a problem at the DPD's "sortation facility". (DPD use the more mundane term "depot"!)
Plumb2u refunded the postage but that didn't do anything to calm my irate customer whose bathroom basin was out of action for 3 days.

Item never turned up and can’t get hold of anyone in customer services by phone message or email so now trying to get a refund from PayPal. Will never use again.

I am very happy with the service provided by Plumb 2U.
The item ordered is of good quality, the communication has exceeded expectation and the support provided when I erred in ordering has been gratefully received.
