Ordered a fence panel and plaster. Order delivered to billing address instead of delivery address. Phoned and let Parrs know. Transport Manager supposed to be calling me.. no phone call and now stuck with problem of moving a fence panel that is needed elsewhere. Mistakes happen but a returned call would have helped.

Apologies, yes it was human error, we did call your number approximately 2.30pm on Friday afternoon after you called us with the issue but unfortunately there was no answer. As a gesture we have issued a refund for the panel.

Had to call the company for delivery date. After speaking to them the item was delivered the next day by a friendly helpful delivery driver.

I can't comment too much as I received a full refund the next morning as this product has been discontinued by the manufacturer.

All items arrived on the day and in good condition. The delivery man was nice and jolly and helped me lift the heavier MDF board into the garage. I only placed the order on Friday and delivery was on the Monday as requested. My only comment would be that it is not clear (at least to me) whether items shown on line include VAT. This is only evident when you pay at the end. I did complete an online request for this but have never had a reply. Otherwise up to Parrs great service and value.

Problems with drivers- arrived day after it was meant to, they rang on the morning to apologise but too late to change day off. Item had same code for 1.8 and 2.4 m lengths I end up with 2 x 1.8 and 3 2.4 posts! They look as if they have been hanging around the yard for a while. When I ring up to sort out, no apology and a couple weeks wait for new stock (they knew they were sending out old crap). Oh well usually good service from them, see if the replacement items turn up.

I have sent an email ref this order to date still no reply. There is an error on the invoice (4 x bags post mix too many) No delivery no delivery date and as yet no reply.
