Excellent service. Quality product but you do need DIY skills if you are going to fit yourselves. On line videos very useful. The ultimate measure is that Ive just ordered some more.

It is great was not sure how it would work but would recommend to anyone gives extra space without taking any space of the original drawer so pleased I have ordered another one.

Woeful instructions. Company ‘helpfully’ puts videos on YouTube but misses vital steps. For example the video / instructions do not tell you assemble the drawer back using the metal clips. I was ready to throw the lot in the bin before working it out.
Other than the rubbish instructions and videos the drawer is actually good quality.
Infuriating installation though because of the poor guidance.

The details that were required to give the original quotation were easy to understand. The system was also very easy to understand and the instructions easy to follow. The drawers were delivered so quickly they came before the replacement doors arrived. We are extremely pleased with the final result ,.

I cannot fault the company, or the product. The four drawer Blum replacements were sent when they said they would be sent, and arrived in perfect condition. They fitted the carcass exactly, were easy to construct and install, and worked perfectly.

The holes for the drawer runners need to be very accurate and perpendicular, to avoid the screw heads catching the rollers. I would recommend dismantling the unit and laying the side panels flat to do this. Pilot drilling the screw holes is advisable. Also check that the dimensions given in the instructions are appropriate for your unit.

Easy online ordering process and the set of internal drawers I ordered came on the date delivery was advised. They were exceptionally well packaged. The items are of excellent quality and as described. They are yet to be fitted but hopefully will be easy enough to fit and last well.

The Drawer boxes were fine and are now all installed. My wife is very pleased with them. I tried to follow the instructions on the screen and videos but in the end produced my own drawings (I am an engineer).
The instructions on screen appear to apply only to the top drawer in a set of drawers - I was replacing 4 drawers, one above the other. Had I followed your instructions to the letter the bottom drawer would not have fitted.

Thank you for pointing out the missing section on our instructions that should clarify how to proceed with a drawer stack.
Because of manufacturers variations with drawer front spacing, we can only advise to follow the previous spacing if you are replacing drawers. When starting from scratch, yes you do have to revert to scale drawings and/or arithmetic!

Excellent replacement drawer box i ordered 4 of these no problem fitting them as a diyer. just make sure you follow the instructions exactly, which were easy to follow.
only downside i experienced was with the delivery. appalling service from dpd maybe drawerboxes should review there couriers.
would recommend drawerboxes.
