Advised delivery for 2 days following order placement (not next day as stated on web site) and then delivery did not turn up and no communication from J Parr. It wasn’t until I chased them before I got another delivery date.

Placed order at weekend and requested delivery notification. Received email response advising goods would be delivered on Tuesday and I'd be contacted on Monday to arrange delivery time. No contact on Monday, waited in all day Tuesday, goods arrived late afternoon.

Thanks for the feedback, very much appreciated, I read the email they sent regarding the delivery it wasn't specific enough we wouldn't normally call back with an AM/PM, deliveries are normally given as a day. They should have given a phone number for you to call our transport department on Tuesday morning for an idea of time. The email template has been altered for future orders, hope to see more stars on your next order.
