Delivery within time and undamaged. Only rated 3* for merchandise as one of the filters was not in a plastic sealed bag and had no information leaflet. I would consider using this supplier again. Ordered online so can't comment on customer service.

So delighted to receive this item earlier than expected. Our 9 year old unit gave up the ghost a week ago and have been really missing our hot tap. Soo long waiting for a kettle to boil!! Item was a good price and delivered next day despite not being a working day (Sat) which meant we had time to install and all back up and working in time for Christmas. Highly recommend this company!
