Competitively priced. Item initially showed as In Stock when ordered online, and I even received an email telling me it had shipped, but it hadn't. I'd have rather been told it wasn't in stock, and I should never receive a shipping email if it hasn't actually shipped. Otherwise it was an easy purchasing process, and once I had contact Customer Services, they did respond rapidly.

Would always recommend a negative head shower pump. Be it work for all situations.

Great service. Unfortunately when electrician came to fit it discovered all that was wrong with old one was a loose wire, so I had to return the item. Refund system was great too.
